Hands on Manila Servathon 2020

WEnergy Global proudly joined the Hands on Manila Servathon to generate vegetable garden kits for various public schools across the country. Hands on Manila, the leading volunteerism organization in the country and Philippine partner of the Points of Light Global Alliance focus this year’s Servathon on sustainable food security to support the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). WEnergy’s Philippine Team adopted Dr. Alejandro Albert Elementary School in Sampaloc Manila as its beneficiary and its garden farm will be fully developed by year-end to supply students and nearby communities with fresh organic vegetables. Together with Hands on Manila, WEnergy is committed to promoting carbon-free schools and sustainable lifestyles, building on the company’s renewable energy projects across different schools and other institutions across the country which have reduced over 2,200 metric tons of CO2 and operating expenses for its clients and partners. #WEnergyGlobal#CleanGridPartners#FoodSecurity#SGD1#SDG2#SDG3#Philippines
